Anyway, you can take out the phone when you want to write something long. It's a good and necessary thing but the plastic over the keys sometimes make dificult to press the little buttons.
Next time I will go to the Sprint Store and purchase it where I can see what I am buying. I needed a case so I keep it but they did not send the case in the picture - I did not get the product I wanted but it was at least something. I did not have the time or want to be bother with exchanging it or complaining about it but I did not get what I wanted or order and am disappointed.
For me it was a complete waste of money. The "form fit" lost it's grip after a few weeks. After my treo phone crashed to the ground a second time, I decided to stop using it before my phone endured and irreparable damage.
